Over the course of my 15 years in technology, it has been exciting to see the dramatic increase in the number of small to medium-sized businesses. Third Wave strives to meet the demands of these companies. My primary role at Third Wave is not only running our company, but also ensuring that we always adhere to our Core Purpose and Core Values. With this combination, we remain a strong and focused company, committed to the service of our clients and employees in the best possible way.

I have been with ThirdWave for over 5 years. I manage the business side of Thirdwave including Finance, Operations, and Client Relationships. I am a huge sports fanatic, foodie and wine enthusiast, but what’s most important me are friends and family. My wife Jenny and 9 year old daughter Carolyne mean the world to me.

John has more than 10 years of experience delivering IT services to clients in the SMB market. He has built multi-tiered engineering teams and implemented hundreds of IT projects for companies in various industries. John has over 15 technical certifications in network, server, and associated technologies. In his spare time, John enjoys playing music, surfing, investing, and learning about science and technology.
Craig Irwin

Craig has 15 years of experience in assessing every aspect of a client’s IT development and he currently works with clients as a CTO Consultant and Strategist. As Chief Technology Officer, he is the Senior Technologist responsible for creating IT solutions that meet corporate initiatives, including: network security assessments, regulatory compliance, business continuity plans, and disaster recovery plans. Craig designs and constructs LAN/MAN/WAN voice and data solutions for clients, focusing on VOIP/IP telephony/converged network technology and data security.

Specializing in multiple platforms - from Microsoft, Apple, Cisco, and ITIL, his focus is to match clients with technological solutions that align with the client's core business, scale with growth, and continually show value. He believes technology should make people's work life easier. His hobbies and interests vary from writing poetry, astronomy, and volunteering.
